The Department of Technology and the Group of Magnets, Superconductors and Cryostats are responsible for the design, construction and measurement of superconducting magnets and normal conductors for the CERN Accelerator Complex. For this department and group a new magnetic measurement facility was built.
Ecofred has provided the design, supply, installation, commissioning and validation of a measurement room with thermal, hygrometric and acoustic stabilization.
